Refund Policy

Overview

This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Paperstack Publishing.

At Paperstack Publishing, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds are subject to the following conditions.


Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The project has not been started

  • There is a failure to deliver agreed services

  • Work delivered does not match agreed requirements


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Work has already been completed or delivered

  • Client changes mind after project initiation

  • Lack of communication or delayed response from client

  • Revisions have been provided as per package


Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be issued based on work completed

  • The amount will be calculated according to project progress


Revision Instead of Refund

We strongly encourage revisions to resolve any concerns before requesting a refund.


Custom Packages

Custom projects are non-refundable once work has started, due to the personalized nature of services.


Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.


Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Legal action if necessary
